A graveside service for John D. Swan, 65, of Rochester, formerly of Jamestown, who died March 27, 2025, will be held at 1:30 pm Monday in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
Surviving are three children, Jonathan (Sarah) Swan, Ashley (Brad Abramson) Swan, Paulina (Ryan Daggs) Swan; grandchildren Grace, John and Will Swan, Smith, Oliver and Nellie Abramson and Harlow Daggs; siblings Dennis (Debbie) Swan and Greg (Cindy) Swan and several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved sister Cathy Huntington
