Roger G. Stenstrom
A graveside service for Roger G. Stenstrom, 73, formerly of Jamestown and Madrid, Spain, who died Aug. 8, 2025, will be held at 2 pm Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg.
He was a 1969 graduate of Jamestown High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Potsdam State College in conjunction with the University of Madrid. Following graduation, he stayed in Madrid to teach English.
Surviving is his sister Karen Peru and niece Kris Riggins.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers James, David and Ronald Stenstrom and a nephew Jerry Peru.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
