Carol A. Peterson

A lifelong area resident she was born Aug. 9, 1939 in Jamestown the daughter of the late Harley Sage and Florence Chapman Sage Sederholm.

Carol was a 1957 graduate of Falconer High School. In earlier years she was employed by Steel Partitions which later became Dowcraft Corporation. While she was employed at Steel Partitions she met her husband Quentin. In 1972 Carol was employed by Falconer Central School as a secretary until her retirement.

After retirement, Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and volunteering at the Falconer Public Library where she was loved by everyone.

She is survived her son; Bruce (Karen) Peterson of Mayville; her daughter Becky (Sam) Teresi of Jamestown; her beloved grandsons: Dr. Joseph Teresi, John Teresi, Bryce Peterson; two great grandchildren Theo and Noah Teresi; her brother: Robert Sage of Virginia; many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Quentin G. Peterson, and her brother Darrell Sage.

A private graveside memorial service will be held in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will not be observed.
