Jeanette A. Milks “Nettie”

Las Cruces, NM – Jeanette A. Milks, “Nettie”, as she was fondly known by, passed away peacefully on a beautiful Tuesday morning, Aug. 12, 2025, at Casa del Sol Nursing Home. Born on Apr. 29. 1948 in Salamanca, NY, she found the love of her life and they headed West to start their family. Widowed at the young age of 26 with three small children, she headed to Las Cruces, NM to be with family.

Her spirit was as big as her love for her family. Nettie leaves behind her family who will miss her immensely; Son Robert (Liz), Daughters RayeAnn (Henry) and Michelle (Xavier), Grandchildren Joshua, Joseph, Ashley, Ricky and Leann, great grandchildren Kaylee, Amelia and Asher, Sister

Mary, brother Richard and special friends Debbie and Jan.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond, her parents Harry and Alice and brothers Bob, Walt, Howie and Jim.

The family would like to especially thank the staff and residents at Casa del Sol for all their love, care and friendship they shared. She left her mark and will be deeply missed.

Friends may call on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025 from 10-11 am from Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 411 Rock City St. Little Valley.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 11 am from the funeral home, with burial at Little Valley Cemetery.

Afterwards we will be gathering at the Cardinal Hill Event Center at 78 Conewango Rd. Randolph, NY for remembrance and celebration of life.
