Gary W. Winger, 81, of Ashville, NY, passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2025 at UPMC Hamot. The husband of Gretchen Winger, he served as Dean of Administration for 27 years at Jamestown Community College. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. Gary’s complete obituary will be published in Friday’s edition of the Warren Times Observer.
