Nancy L. (Emory) Sullivan

Nancy L. (Emory) Sullivan

Nancy L. (Emory) Sullivan 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 28th in Louisville, Kentucky surrounded by her family.

She was born on Jan. 21st 1945 in Jamestown, NY to Progresso and Lois Emory.

Nancy always had a passion for the arts and music. She was involved in musicals, competitive singing competitions, and won awards for her oil paintings. She received her bachelor’s teaching degree from Fredonia State, and went on to teach art at Randolph schools. While at Randolph Schools she also helped assist with plays, musicals and the orchestra there, all things she loved.

After teaching she ran a real estate business and was a stay at home mother to her three children. After her children were grown, she worked many years as a jewelry consultant in NY and in FL. Jewelry became her new passion and her eye for art helped her create many beautiful pieces and serve people well.

In her retirement years Nancy was very active with her Church’s Sunday school and Missions group. She loved serving the Lord, spending time with family, and keeping up with politics and reading.

Nancy will be missed tremendously, but it gives her family great peace to know she put her faith in Jesus and is now with Him.

She is survived by her three children Laurel Seeley, Scott Sullivan, Crystal Theriault, and her 9 grandchildren; Josh, Hannah, Faith, Rachel, and John Seeley, Aaron Sullivan, Connor Theriault, Sophia Theriault and Katie Jo Sullivan.

A celebration of life is to be announced in the near future.
