Vicki L. Colwell

Born in Jamestown Nov. 18, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Colera and Audrey Hicks Colera.

Vicki owned and operated the family business AJ’s Texas Hots.

She was a member of New Creation Assembly of God.

Vicki was very family oriented. She loved spending time with her children and had her grandchildren spend every Friday night with her. She had both an open heart and an open door for anyone who came into her life.

Surviving are five children Samuel (Jessica) Fitch, Christina (Salvatore) Salvaggio, Melissa (Jon) Ribbing, Joshua Colwell and Zachary Colwell all of Jamestown; 10 grandchildren Cameron Pangborn, Jolie Fitch, Myah Fitch, Anthony Powell, Phillip Powell, Emma Fitch, Jonathan Ribbing, Samuel Fitch, Olivia Salvaggio and Samantha Salvaggio; beloved dog Pookie, granddog Jupyter; a sister Debbie (Vern) Youngberg of Frewsburg; brother Anthony (Tracy) Cafaro of Buffalo and several nieces and nephews including Dominic Cafaro to whom she was especially close.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by stepmother Joan Colera and two sisters Shirley Dietz and Sherry Radar.

The funeral will be held at 11 am Friday in New Creation Assembly of God Church.

Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 1-3 and 5-7 pm Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home.
