Dealia M. “Dee/Dede” Frost Wojcieszyn, 68 of Cassadaga, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025 at home with her husband at her side.
Born April 13, 1957, she is the daughter of the late Lester Sr. and Lucille Peters Frost.
Dee was a fulltime wife and homemaker and also worked as a secretary for the Fellowships of the Spirit Church in Lily Dale.
Dee and her husband Dan owned a karaoke business called “Family Tradition.” She made many friends through her music and greeted everyone like they were family and became an honorary Aunt to many. Dee had a wonderful singing voice and everyone loved to hear her sing, especially Patsy Cline’s “Crazy”.
Dee organized benefits over the years featuring Elvis tribute artist Terry Buchwald. She picked a different charity each year and always gave it her all to make it a success. Dee was blessed with a very big heart and giving spirit.
She was a member of the Fellowship Church of Brocton and an auxiliary member of the Cassadaga Memorial American Legion Post 1280. Dee served as treasurer for the TOPS Weight loss organization Chapter 1094 in Brocton.
She was an avid country music fan but loved all music. Alan Jackson and Elvis being two of her favorites. Dee was also very good at crafts and crocheting and made many beautiful centerpieces for her benefits.
Wife of 39 years to Danny Wojcieszyn, who she married February 14, 1986; sister of, David of Dunkirk and Richard (Donna) Frost of Brocton, Della (Lester) Ludemann of Cassadaga and the late Lester, Jr. and James Frost, Freeland and William Denmead; sister in law of Florence Frost of Dunkirk, John Wojcieszyn of TX, Charlotte Smith and Patricia all of Dunkirk and the late Susan Reid. Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews including her loving niece & God child, Sheryl Ludemann and also leaves behind her best friend since elementary school, Patricia Austin.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 26, from 1-4pm at the Cassadaga Memorial American Legion Post 1280, 228 Maple Ave., Cassadaga.
