Hannelore M. Anderson

She was born July 16, 1948, in Karl Marx Stadt, Germany, the daughter of the late Walter E. and Marie J. Ratsch Heinke.

Hannelore attended Falconer High School and in earlier years she was employed by the former Bonnie Wood Restaurant, Mar-Mar Restaurant and Stockton Hotel. She was also employed by Precision Tops, Comfort Inn and retired from Hampton Inn & Suites.

Hannelore married Terry Anderson on Sept. 23, 1974, residing in South Stockton, NY. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, horseback riding, reading, knitting, golfing and spending winters in Florida with Terry.

Surviving is her daughter Tracy (Randy) Peterson of Stockton; a step son Terry Pat (Lisa) Anderson of Lakewood; nine grandchildren: Justin (Mackenzie) Peterson, Nicholas (Haley) Peterson, Kristin Anderson, Terrill “Buddy” (Chelsea) Anderson, Rhett Simko, Grant Simko, Lanni Simko ,Kailey (Brett) Rinaldo; 10 great grandchildren: a brother Joachim “Joe” W. Heinke of Kennedy; two sisters: Renate E. Heinke of Falconer, Dorothy Heinke of Clearwater, FL. Sister- in-law Linda McCord of Marietta, GA. Four nephews and five nieces, also several great nephews and nieces.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Terrill (Terry) Anderson on May 9, 2020; a granddaughter Brittney Peterson March 29, 2020; a sister Brigitte C. Heinke March 5, 1975; brother- in-law Bruce Anderson, siter- in-law Emma Anderson and brother- in-law Clair McCord.

A private celebration of Hannelore’s life will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
