Waneta E. “Pee Wee” Bryant
Waneta E. “Pee Wee” Bryant, 91, of The Magnolia, Frewsburg, died Saturday January 11, 2025, in UPMC Chautauqua.
Born March 4, 1933, in Jamestown, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Laura Frank Ringer.
For many years she worked at Flamingo Bowling Alley as waitress, cook, bartender and anything else that needed to be done. She was a ” Jack of all trades.”
Her family was the most important thing to her. She enjoyed camping, because it meant so much to all of them.
Surviving are three sons, Larry Bryant, David Bryant, Steven (Judy) Bryant, all of Jamestown; a daughter, Linda (Bob) Gagliano of Jamestown; 14 grandchildren, Tammie, David, Larry Jr., Kellie, Bobby, Cory, Cassie, Lindsey, Nick, Lisa, Jeremy, Angela, Michael, Tonya; 29 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years George “Sonny” Bryant, Jr.; an infant daughter Tammy Lynn Bryant; a grandson Cody Bryant; daughter in law Liane Bryant and six siblings.
The funeral will be held at noon on Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
