Wayne A. Johnson

He was born on Jan. 5, 1967 in Jamestown, a son of Joan W. Weislogel Johnson and the late Richard Johnson.

Wayne was a graduate of BOCES in Ashville and a resident of The Resource Center in Jamestown for many years. He enjoyed playing Nintendo, watching television, and going on walks.

He is survived by his mother Joan W. Weislogel Daniels of Dunkirk; three siblings: Debbie Amberg, Donald F. (Tonya) Daniels, Jr., Christine Daniels; and niece and nephew Faith Daniels and Harlow Daniels.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father Richard and his step-father Donald F. Daniels, Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024 in Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg. Pastor Deborah Westcott will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg.

Friends will be received from 10-11 am (one hour prior to the service) on Saturday in the funeral home.
