She graduated from Falconer High School and was a graduate of Jamestown Business College. Joanne worked for several years at CARTS (Chautauqua County Regional Transit) as a Transport Coordinator.

Joanne was a beautiful person inside and out. She had a very big and giving heart and she was always there whenever she was needed. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Joanne is survived by her son, Fred (Elaine) Mansfield of Hubert, NC, Debbie (Jeff Yahner-significant other) Lee of Falconer, NY, two Grandchildren, Erin (Greg) Smith and Haley (Eric) Graham and two great-grandchildren, Grant and Tate from Cary, NC, and sisters Diane (Dave) Weishaupt and Judy (John) Heron from Massachusetts.
