James (Gus) J. Price

He was born August 8, 1969, in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late James and Louise Pearson Price.

Gus enjoyed any and all animals, especially his dog Reese, but he loved his family the most. In his free times he enjoyed playing video games, dirt bikes, and going to concerts.

Gus is survived by his life partner Dee Abney, his wife and mother of his children Melissa Price; his son Corey (Stacey) Price of Jamestown, his daughter Amanda Price of Jamestown; two brothers: Richard (Sara) Hosack and Michael Price; sister Heidi Hosack al of Jamestown; sister-in-law Angelic Roberts of Georgia. Gus had a special place in his heart for his lifelong friend/brother Patrick Hodgkins, his nieces that he helped raise, Anna and Janet Wight, and his nephew Gage (Paige) Wight. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and many cousins.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a lifelong friend Glenn Cook, and many uncles and cousins.

In keeping with Gus’s wishes, no funeral service or visitation will be observed at this time. A barbecue will be held on October 5, at Greek Club 113 Jackson Avenue, Celoron, time to be announced.
