Amherst, NY- Trisia Ann Hammond, 41, of Amherst, formerly of Toad Hollow Rd., Little Valley, NY and of Pennsylvania, passed away August 1, 2024 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Buffalo.
She was born April 15, 1983 in Olean, the daughter of Nathan Grant Hammond of Little Valleyand Lori Ann (Bouchard) Neilly of Bradford, Pa.
She is survived by her father Nathan of Little Valley, mother Lori Ann (Scott) Neilly of Pa., two chil dren; Lily and Lincoln Hammond of Pa., a brother, Christopher Grant Hammond of Bradford, Pa., paternal grandparents; James and Barbara (Bowen) Hammond of Little Valley and an aunt; Heidi Hammond of Silver Creek.
