Robert E. Owles III, 55, of Jamestown, New York, ended his battle with cancer on August 26, 2024. Bob was born on a United States military base in Chitose, Japan on June 5, 1969, the son of the late Robert E. Owles Jr and Cheryl Decker.
Bob grew up moving around the world before settling down in Jamestown, where he spent many years working various jobs doing the things he loved, building and creating things and spaces for people to enjoy. In his spare time, Bob greatly enjoyed cooking, reading, listening to music, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Korryn Blystone; Kaitlyn Wagner Brandon Philbrick, Jerry Abbey Jr, Sierra Owles, and Robert Owles IV. His grandchildren Elizabeth, Jaeden, and Jace. His sister, Vicky Goodin (Jerry) and several dearly loved nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday August 31, 2024 from 2PM to 4PM at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
