Julia L. Troutman

She was born January 21, 1966 in Oil City, PA, the daughter of the late William D. Troutman and Elizabeth A. Fair Troutman Thorpe.

Julia was a graduate of Southwestern High School and Jamestown Business College. She was currently employed as General Manager of Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, sitting around campfires, gardening, and collecting pictures.

Surviving are her three children: Christpher Troutman, Ryan (Amber) Troutman, Lea Talbot; six

grandchildren: Ryan D. Troutman, Raven A. Troutman, Freya Putnam, Haven M. Troutman, Kayleigh Talbot, Kaleb Talbot; eight siblings: Goldie Williams, Roberta Whitmore, Dale (Vicki) Troutman, Patricia (Tim) Higgs, Mary Rodriguez, Gayle Hetrick, Lloyd Troutman, David Troutman.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Joe Troutman.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Falconer Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in funeral home.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
