Donn L. Kickbush

He was born December 22, 1959 in Jamestown, the son of Alfred and Martha E. (Mason) Kickbush Jr.

Donn was a 1978 graduate of Pine Valley Central School. He was currently a well-respected carpenter and owned Donn Kickbush Construction. In earlier years he had worked for the Louis Mason Saw Mill in Conewango Valley as a head sawyer and held that same position with Fitzpatrick and Weller in Ellicottville.

He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed tinkering in his garage, spending time with his family, friends and grandchildren. He spent a lifetime building relationships and memories with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother Martha, his beloved wife of 35 years, Vicki Ortel Kickbush, whom he married on May 20, 1989 in the Randolph United Presbyterian Church, a favorite daughter, Alyse Kisckbush and Fiance Justyn Lyde of Eden, a favorite son; Alexander Kickbush and fiance Allison Lowery of Frewsburg, three adored grandchildren; Mason and Myles Kickbush and Emery Lyde and her little sister on the way, Vivienne Lyde, who is due in September, two brothers; Douglas Kickbush and his wife Susan of Port Charlotte, FL and Todd Kickbush and his wife Susan of Gowanda.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Kickbush Jr.

As per Donn’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services held at this time. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced by the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church St., Randolph
