Louis F. Rumiano,

A lifelong area resident he was born December 6, 1938 in Elkland, PA, the son of the late Louis and Anne Natale Rumiano.

Louis was a 1956 graduate of Falconer High School and was employed by Jamestown Sterling from 1955 to 1990. Prior to retirement he was employed by Larson Metal from 1991 to 2012.

Louis was a communicant and an usher, of Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Falconer for his entire life.

Surviving is a nephew Herbert (Alice) Woodard of Frewsburg; two nieces: Ro Woodard (Craig Thompson) of Falconer, Suzanne (Edward) O’Connor of Canandaigua; several grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, and great grandnephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters: Agnes A. Woodard on December 8, 2017, Mary Ann Rumiano on February 16, 2024, and a niece Roberta Joanethis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Friends will be received by the family from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Falconer Funeral Home.
