Louise L. Johnson

She was born May 25, 1959, in Jamestown, a daughter of Charles and Florence Hancock Stanton.

She was a 1977 graduate of Frewsburg Central School and a 1980 graduate of Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing.

She was employed as a registered nurse by WCA Hospital, Visiting Nursing and lastly by Tanglewood Manor.

She was a longtime member of Zion Covenant Church.

Louise loved her and her children’s pets, flower gardening, shopping, craft shows and yard sales. Above all else, she loved being a grandma.

Surviving are her husband Douglas Johnson, whom she married May 13, 1989; four children Jenna (Tyler) Petersen of Frewsburg, Brett Johnson, Emilee (Trevor) Spicer and Renae Johnson all of Jamestown; two grandchildren Grayson and Eli Spicer; a brother Bruce (Laurie) Stanton of Lakewood and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Laura Hanson.

The funeral will be held at 11 am Saturday, June 22nd, in Zion Covenant Church.

Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 4-7 pm Friday in the Lind Funeral Home.
