Bonnie L. Clark

Bonnie L. Clark, 84, of Falconer, NY and formerly of Pittsfield, PA, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, NY.

She was born on July 11, 1939 in Warren, PA, a daughter to the late Homer and Ailene (Thompson) Wolfe. Bonnie was known as the lunch lady to many students at both Pittsfield and Youngsville Schools. She also worked as a dental assistant in many offices before going to school for her nursing degree. Afterward, she was an LPN at Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing in Gerry, NY as well as the Resource Center in Jamestown, NY. Bonnie was a faithful member of the Pittsfield Otterbein Methodist Church for nearly 50 years.

For many years, Bonnie enjoyed camping at Buckaloons and Brokenstraw Campgrounds. She loved watching the Buffalo Bills, playing the piano, playing Bingo with friends and anything related to English gardens. She was a lover of animals, both domestic and wild, and enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels at her backyard feeder. She was a devoted patron of the Chautauqua County Humane Society and never missed writing them a check each month.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Randy (Amanda) Clark of NC and Holly Clark of Jamestown, NY; her stepchildren, Kristen Wolfe of Pittsfield and Gregory (Joy) Clark of Loggerhead Key, FL; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her siblings, Marie (Barry) Crist of Pittsfield, Larry (Phyllis) Wolfe of Pittsfield, Janice (David) Jones of Mentor, OH and Winston (Jean) Wolfe of Youngsville; many nieces and nephews as well as her loving kitty companion, Lilly.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a step-son, Radford Clark; a son-in-law, John Wolfe and her loving dog and companion, Zoey.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
