Katherine F. “Kitty” McMillan, 86 of the Town of Charlotte, passed away, Monday, Dec. 18, 2023.

Born March 29, 1937 in Buffalo a daughter of the late Daniel William, Sr. and Virginia Fay Beasley Kelly.

She was Angola High School alumni.

Katherine was a bus driver for Lancaster Central School for 27 years.

She loved flower gardening and was a member of the Sinclairville 76ers.

Wife of 68 years to Allan “Scotty” McMillan who she married Feb. 28, 1955; mother of Allan McMillan, Jr., Debra (Larry) Powenski, Kim (Edward “Chip”) Miller and the late Brian McMillan; sister of Ray (Louan) and Daniel W. Kelly, Jr.. Also survived by grand and great-grandchildren.

There will be no funeral service. Donations to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care.
