Patricia Terwilliger “Twig” Nelson

She was born on February 5, 1946, in Elmira, NY to Charles H. Terwilliger and Louise Costello Terwilliger. In 1959, she moved with the family to Jamestown, NY where she graduated from Jamestown High School in 1964. In 1967 she married Ken Nelson and over the years they lived in Lakewood NY, the Virgin Islands, Ohio, and Florida.

Both intelligent and outgoing, Twig held a wide variety of jobs, most notably Tupperware distributor, real estate agent, as well as domestic and international tour guide.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, brothers Tom and Jerry Terwilliger, in-laws, and niece Julie Arrowsmith.

She is survived by brother Charles H. Terwilliger, Jr, sister Susan Terwilliger Arrowsmith, many nieces, nephews, a step granddaughter, and all of their families.

There will not be a memorial service. Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of your choice or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF.org.
