Gregg Parucki

Gregg was a monumental man with a passion for life. He had a 50 year stretch in the service industry. Starting his career as a server at the Boardwalk Cafe, Park Lane and many more in the 70s. He opened up the first TGIF in Buffalo as a bartender. Taking bartending to a new level. He worked his way up to managing many restaurants. He crossed over to a liquor salesman in 1987 at Universal Liquor taking it by storm. Salesman, manager to running the company as GM. Upon merging with Empire Merchants North, he took a new roll as National Accounts Manager and retired in 2021 after 34 years.

He enjoyed the fruits of his labor by buying an old farm house with 60 acres in Mayville, NY. He and his wife Ann (the love of his life) remodeled and created a sanctuary for them to share. One of his greatest joys was riding his motorcycle. He and his wife enjoyed many cross country trips. They piled on the miles with the best friends “Marc and Rose Alfieri” who penned the term “Miles and Smiles”. He was the steward of his land and made many fine friends in his new community. His neighbors Bob and Sorena Gilkinson along with his dear Amish friends Dan, Malin, Eli Byler and Joe Raber. He is survived and was blessed by two beautiful children Colton and Hannah. Which he forever shared his hopes, dreams and life’s knowledge. He loved deeply and was an extremely passionate man who was larger than life and gave it all to all who knew him. He always counted his blessings and was grateful for everything bestowed on him. His love and being will be missed beyond belief but his legacy will Live on.
