She was born on February 27, 1993 in Johnson City, NY the daughter of Christine Stevens and Timothy Excell.

She was previously employed by Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort in Highmount, NY.

Tammy enjoyed reading, dancing, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her mother Christine Stevens of Mayville; a son: Brayden Stevens of Sherman, NY; two brothers: Robert Rosengren of Binghamton, NY, Bryant Stevens of Jamestown, NY; and also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a sister Angel Stevens.
