Norma J. Briggs Shongo, 86, of Westfield, formerly of Stockton, passed away, April 17, 2023. Mother of Tina and Darrell Shongo; grandmother of Michelle Ferry and Taylor Lowe; sister of Barbara Luczkowiak, Linda Hartman, Robert, Deborah and the late David, Ronald and Richard Briggs, Ellen Farley, and Cynthia Baldridge.
As Norma requested there will be no funeral service. Arrangement By Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville. A full obituary will be published Wednesday.
