Audrey Irene (Luce) Brosius

She was born August 19, 1932 in Onoville, NY, the daughter of the late Clarence “Red” and Ethel Hollister Luce.

Audrey attended Randolph Central School and was a Home maker. She enjoyed traveling (especially to Deadwood, SD), going to the Casino, attending auctions and flea markets and flowers.

She is survived by two sisters; Carol (Jim) Bentley of Florida and Randolph and Dona Miller of Sandy Springs Ga., , her caregivers and nieces; Wendi Burch of Randolph and Saundra Black- Greenlee of Jamestown, as well as many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence “Red” and Ethel, husband, Leon Brosius, whom she married on May 6, 1950 and who preceded her on April 11, 2011,two sisters, WilmaLuce-Black, Margaret Swift, four brothers; Jack, Joel, Clyde and Paul Luce.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday (March 23, 2023) in the VanRensselaer and Son Funeral Home, 14 Church Street, Randolph, from where family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5 to 7 P.M. and on Thursday from 10-11:00 AM. Marge Milliman-Andrews will Officiate. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Frewsburg.
