Todd A. Town

A lifelong Jamestown area resident, he was born October 12, 1965, in Jamestown, N.Y., a son of the late Thomas C. and Donna L. Frankson Town.

Todd was a graduate of Jamestown High School.

He was employed by the Cummins Engine Company for over 15 years, working in the supply room.

Todd loved his family more than anything. His grandchildren brought him much joy and he loved to play with them and loved them deeply. He especially loved his wife Sandy, who was his high school sweetheart. He loved to design and build, often finding much joy in carpentry. He was also an avid camper and loved the outdoors.

Surviving is his wife, Sandra L. Nickerson Town, whom he married July 2, 1986, his four children: Ashley (Bryan) Wilson of Kennedy, N.Y., Joseph (Alyvia) Town of Jamestown, N.Y., Nicole (Eric) Mazgaj of Busti, N.Y., Mike Marino of Tampa, Fla., his four loving grandchildren: whom he adored, Gia McChesney, Hazel Mazgaj, Mae Mazgaj, Luca Town, two brothers, Timothy A. (Lori) Town of Jamestown, N.Y., Kevin Town of Chautauqua, N.Y., and two sisters: Brenda L. Meyerhoff of N.C. and Laurie A. (Dave) Raecher of Ellicottville, N.Y..

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Marie Town.

Due to circumstances within the family, a memorial service for Todd will be held at a later date and time to be announced by the Lind Funeral Home.
