Hector L. Rodriguez

In past years he was employed by J.W Realty and Home Depot. Hector enjoyed helping his neighbors/friends doing odd jobs and was very active in the Hispanic community. He was a “Jack Of All Trades,” he enjoyed decorating his truck with lights and being in the Christmas Parade, he would pull a chair up and sit at the end of his driveway, so he saw everything. Hector was part of the 10th Street Homeowners Group alongside his partner the late Kay Schreck. Hector and Kay resided together for over 30 years and he helped to raise her two children as his own when they were young. He will be so missed by many that knew him throughout the community.

He is proceeded in death by his partner the late Kay Schreck. He is survived by Kay’s two children Angel Bristol (Renee Denson), Rosa Lamper of Jamestown; grandchildren: Cris Bristol-Johnson of North Carolina, Jenna Bristol (Evan Eddy) of Jamestown, Morgan Lamper of Frewsburg, and Andreas Bristol of Jamestown; great-grandchildren: Kayla Eddy, Ryan Eddy, Jayda Eddy, Grayson Brinkley, Jace Eddy.

The family will delay the memorial service until the spring/summer. The 10th Street Homeowners Group alongside with the family will memorialize Hector and Kay since they are back together again and Thank them for their kindness and commitments to our community and Ward 3.

A date will be posted towards the spring/summer that will be held on 10th Street for the celebration of their life.
