Madeline C. Peterson

She was born on October 29, 1944, in Randolph, the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Johnson Landon.

Madeline attended Randolph High School and in earlier years was employed by AVM. She retired from Quality Markets where she worked for 33 years.

Madeline loved to take care of her husband and daughter. She was a great life skills teacher and passed on those skills to her daughter and grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughter: Karen Webster of Jamestown; two grandchildren: Jacob Webster and Emma Lundsten; four sisters: Marsha Grey, Mary Mielke, Brenda Mcelyea, and Sheree Spencer; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Madeline is preceded in death by her husband Darwin Peterson whom she married July 11, 1964, who died January 29, 2022; and three brothers: Jack, Robert, and Jim Landon.

The funeral will be Wednesday (January 4, 2023) at 2 p.m. in the Falconer Funeral Home. Rev. Doug Penhollow will officiate.

Friends will be received from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
