Together, with the love of her life, Ken, Bonnie traveled throughout North America including the Florida Keys, Alaska and the Canadian Yukon. She loved her family and cherished spending time with them. Bonnie was a great seamstress; she made clothes for her children when they were young and even prom dresses for her daughter and the girls in the family, including her granddaughters.

Bonnie was truly a kind soul who genuinely believed in the fundamental worth of all beings. She dearly loved her many pets over the years. Bonnie also reveled in the variety of animals that visited her yard, especially the many birds. She was an ardent supporter of the Humane Society.
