Nina Claire Marsh

Nina was born on Aug. 4, 2001, in Bemus Point, N.Y., a daughter of Jon and Ruth Jones Marsh.

She is survived by her parents; two grandmothers: Rita Claire Marsh and Alice Jones; her 11 siblings: Sr. Emily Beata Marsh, Molly Vine, Thomas Marsh, Natalie Marsh, James (Maddie) Marsh, Angela (William) Smith, Monica (James) Rossi, Lucy Marsh, Gloria Marsh, Lillian Marsh and Kenneth Marsh; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Jude Vine, Jacey Vine, Stella Smith, Emilia Smith, and Anthony Rossi.

Nina served the Jamestown community as a certified nurse’s aide and worked at several nursing homes in the area, most recently the Lutheran Home in Jamestown. She was a joy to her residents, co-workers, and friends and a precious gift to her family. Nina was always willing to go above and beyond to help her family and friends and her kindness and compassion touched many lives. Her smile will live on in our hearts and brighten our days even now.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Friday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lakewood, N.Y. Burial will be in Bemus Point Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home.
