John E. Campbell Sr.

A former resident of Jamestown, N.Y., he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Over the years he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, bonfires and music.

He will be remembered for his love of family and was excitedly awaiting the arrival of his first great grandchild, Alora Jane Denn, who was born the day of his passing.

Surviving are his daughter, Lisa Campbell of Pfafftown N.C.; son, John E. (Ashley) Campbell Jr. of Jamestown N.Y.; four grandchildren: Travis Wilcox of Florida, Maximus Campbell of New York, Ariana Campbell of New York, and Brooke Denn of North Carolina. Also surviving are his siblings: Richard Pearson of New York, Brenda (Larry) Wynn of New York, and Paul Campbell of New York; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Janet (Weaver) Campbell; his brothers: Robert Pearson and Jesse (Beno) Campbell Sr.; his sister, Louise Price; as well as his nephews: Jesse Campbell Jr, and Benjamin A. Campbell.

Services are to be planned at a later date.
