Roger H. Stanford Sr.

Roger had been living in Ellington, N.Y. when he passed. He was born March 29 1945, In Jamestown N.Y.,the son of Gerald and Ruth Johnson Stanford

Roger graduated 1963 from Cassadaga Valley High school, where he excelled in sports during high school.

Over his life he worked various jobs including MRC, Westburg Electric, McFadden Ford, and as a cook in several local restaurants.

Roger enjoyed gardening and making all his homes look beautiful. He was always an avid Buffalo Bills fan

Roger was survived by two brothers: James (Cheryl) Stanford Jamestown, N.Y., and Ron Stanford, Kanab, Utah; a sister, Linda (Joe) Catanese Sinclairville, N.Y.; his children: Robin (Mark) Douglas, Sinclairville N.Y., Roger H. (Amanda) Stanford Jr., Yuma, Ariz.; Jerry A. Jones (Tammy) Batavia N.Y., Michael D. Jones, Busti, N.Y., Derek (Michelle) Vaughn, Frewsburg, N.Y.; his grandchildren: Shaun (Jillian) Ryan, Brittany VanGorder, Chase and Dalton McIntyre, Gabriella, Sarah and Joshua Jones and Cole and Josephine Vaughn; and seven great-grandchildren.

Roger was predeceased by his parents, Gerald and Ruth Stanford; and son, Raymond H Stanford.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.
