Joseph C. Raffa, 78, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, April 22, 2022. He was born on Nov. 3, 1943, to Anthony and Josephine (Leone) Raffa.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Donna, whom he married on Sept. 5, 1970; his children: Jamie (Christopher) Bowman, Christopher Raffa (Kirsten Holmberg) and Danielle (Scott) Seiberg, of Jamestown; his grandchildren: Rodney Strickland, Allison Strickland, Elli Seiberg, and Zander Seiberg of Jamestown; his brother, Thomas Raffa, of Parrish, Fla.; his sister, Elaine Finley of Summerville, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe's name to the Chautauqua County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society, or the National Kidney Foundation.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
