Christopher (Chris) Edward Dalton

He was born January 30, 1971, in New South Wales Australia.

Chris is survived by his children, Alyson, Sofia and Jacob Dalton (Jamestown, NY), mother, Carolyn (Bruce), father, Ken Dalton, Grandmother Phyllis, Sister Tanya (Clinton), Brother Glenn, uncle, nephew, and cousin to many in Australia.

He was an accomplished chef, who during his career worked at many restaurants and entertainment centers throughout the country. Chris was kind to the many friends he encountered, and always ready with a joke. Most of all Chris cherished, was very proud, and deeply loved his children.

He enjoyed fishing, a game of pool, a camp fire evening with music and barbecue, and Chris became an enthusiastic Buffalo Bills fan while residing in the U.S.A.

He will be truly missed by his friends and family.
