Arthur Lee Messinger

He was born July 4, 1967, in Jamestown, to Arthur Lee Messinger Sr. and Fay Rossman Messinger Rose.

Art was a graduate of Jamestown High School. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and a competitive dart league member. Art loved to spend time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Art is survived by his mother, Fay Rose; his siblings: Michelle (Brian) Lanphere of Conewango, N.Y., Jason (April) Messinger of Menominee, Mich., Jeremy (Teri) Messinger Rock Hill, S.C., and Bridget Foster of Berwick, Pa. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, extended family, and close friends who were Art’s second family.

Art was preceded in death by his father; and both paternal and maternal grandparents.

Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.

Visitation will not be observed.

A private burial to be held at a later date.
