Deloros D. “Peachy” Sampson
Deloros D. “Peachy” Sampson, 85, of Greenhurst, died Thursday Jan. 13, 2022, in her home.
Born Nov. 26, 1936, in Falconer, she was a daughter of the late Lauros and Thelma Erhart Briggs.

When she wasn’t creating something unique in her sewing room, she could likely be found boating with her husband, or running a boutique shop in Bemus Point. Nobody could beat her in a game of pinochle, and her baton twirling skills could not be matched.
She was employed by Quality Markets and Peterson Farms, however, was most well-known for co-hosting a television show with Elaine Agnello “Cooking with Peachy and Elaine”. For 17 years, Peachy was able to share her passion for cooking while entertaining the community.
Surviving are two children: Lisa Sampson and Derek Sampson; four grandchildren: Dan Shea, Alicia Shea, Xander Sampson and Xava Sampson; great-grandson, Conner Nelson; a sister, Patricia (Richard) Schlauder; and a brother, Michael Briggs.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Suzzy” Sampson; and a brother, Larry Briggs.
Friends will be received from 1-3 p.m., Friday in the Lind Funeral Home followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m. Masks are required regardless of vaccination status.
