David A. Frankson
David A. Frankson, 77, of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, in UPMC Chautauqua.
He was born Aug. 5, 1944, in Jamestown, a son of the late Raymond R. and Frances M. Lindberg Frankson.
David attended Frewsburg Central School and before retirement, had worked as a self-employed contractor, most recently for Carlton Homes. In earlier years, he had been employed at DC Rollform and had been a truck driver for many years.
He was on a Saturday Pool League for many years.
David is survived by a son, Mark Frankson; two daughters: Veronica and Theresa Frankson; six grandchildren: Amanda Frankson, Dale Frankson, Kira Seiberg, Kristopher Seiberg, Kylah Seiberg and Anthony Neubauer; three great-grandchildren: Aria Frankson, Cayden Seiberg and Cattleya Willow Kelsey; a brother, Donald Frankson; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Daveen Kidd Frankson, who passed away on Feb. 3, 1993; a sister, Joyce Patterson; and three brothers: Robert D. Frankson, Richard L. Frankson, and Jerry Frankson.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
David will be laid to rest next to his wife, Daveen in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kiantone.
