“Amazing Grace” was a strong woman, when she was knocked down, she got right back up by embracing life. She loved to dance and when Grace got on the dance floor with her husband or her sisters everyone else sat down to watch, she would flow like the wind. Grace had a way of lifting people with just her presence, her big beautiful smile was contagious. The neighborhood kids love to be at the Garvey home because she made everyone feel loved, her legendary pasta sauce was just an added bonus. Her love and kindness was genuine and came from the heart. There was nothing more important to her than her family she herself was the family jewel. She will be greatly missed until the end of time.

The Garvey family would like to extend a special thank you to Diana Cheney for showing her so much love and companionship on her best days and in her darkest days. Diana was an amazing support for the family.

As per Grace’s request no funeral service or visitation will be observed. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
