Constance C. Wilson, 81, formerly of Falconer and The Magnolia in Frewsburg, passed away Monday (Nov. 1, 2021) in the Absolut Care of Westfield.
She was born Feb. 27, 1940, in Bradford, Pa.., the daughter of the late Ralph and Mildred (Sheneman) Cochran.
Constance was a 1958 graduate of Falconer High School, and a 1986 graduate of Tulsa Junior College in Tulsa, Okla. She retired in 2003 from Mason Carvings in Jamestown, where she served as the office manager.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting, and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by a daughter; Edith (Todd) Parker of East Randolph; six grandchildren: Amanda (Greg) Bauch, Carol Ann (Justin) Breightbarth, Justin Higbee, Jordan Higbee, Gracin Parker and Easton Parker; two brothers: Willis “Bill” (Freddie) Cochran of Corry, Pa., and James (late Connie) Cochran of Kennedy.
Besides her parents, she was preceded death by her husband, Merle J. Wilson on Sept. 8, 2012; a daughter, Brenda Dye Sharp in 2019; siblings: Brent Cochran, Sandra (John) Christianson; and a sister-in-law, Patricia Cochran.
As per her wishes, visitation will not be observed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Falconer and will be announced. The Rev. Joe Pascoe will officiate.
Arrangements are entrusted to the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home in Randolph.
