Sally A. Damon, 82, of Greenhurst, passed away Thursday (Sept. 9, 2021) in her home after a lengthy ill-ness.
She was born Jan. 22, 1939, in Jamestown, and was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Dorothy Lindstrom.
Sally attended Celoron High School. She worked in the cafeteria at Maple Grove High School for 16 years and later at Quality Markets for 25 years.
Surviving is her husband of 64 years Joel Damon; three children: Mark (Vita) Damon, ZoeAnn (Tim) Theberge and Tim Damon; two grandsons: Kyle (Kristina) Damon and Craig (Jamie) Damon; and five great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Fluvanna Cemetery. Visitation will not be observed.
