Brendan Craig Lavoie

Brendan Craig Lavoie, 30, of Nashua, former longtime resident of Hud-son, passed away at his home on July 7, 2021, from the Opioid epidemic.

He was born in James-town, N.Y., on June 22, 1991 to his hardworking parents, Scott Barker of Green, Ohio and Jacqueline Lavoie of Lowell, Mass.

Brendan was raised and educated in Hudson, N.H., graduating from Alvirne High School with the class of 2010.

Brendan lived his life on his terms and lived for the moment. He had a deep love for the great outdoors and immensely enjoyed spending time hiking. As a man who had many different passions; he enjoyed building fireworks displays for his friends and family, loved going on random weekend adventures to places he never visited be-fore and spending time on the air with his ham radio.

Brendan was employed as a wireless communications technician for Wave Guide. Brendan touched many lives in many different circles and will fond-ly be loved, cherished and missed by all.

In addition to his parents, Brendan is survived by his soulmate, Amy Marsh, also of Nashua; and his dear siblings: his sister, Corinne Sousa, his brother, Aidan Sousa, both of Lowell, Mass., and his brother Christian, Cody Barker of Ohio. He was the beloved stepson of Clifford Hibbard of Hudson, N.H.; and the cherished stepbrother to Brent Hibbard of Barn-stead, N.H., Miranda Hibbard of Antrim, N.H., and Mariah Hibbard of Florida. Brendan is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Jacques Lavoie and his wife, Katherine of Merri-mack, N.H.; his paternal grandmother, Vicky (Keefe) Acquisto and her husband, Mickey of Mayville, N.Y.; and chosen grandmother, Linda (Kofod Ahern) Hall and her husband, Charles T. Hall of Jamestown, N.Y. He is also survived by his uncles: Justin Lavoie, Brian Barker and Quinn Ahern; and aunts: Autumn (Barker) Boardman, Molly (Barker) Mathis, Stephanie (Ahern) Sinclair and Kristin (Ahern) Lee Yaw; and several cousins.

Brendan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Diane Craig Lavoie; and his paternal grandfather, Timothy Bark-er; his aunt, Corrie (Barker) Anderson; his uncle, Gary Craig; and best friends: Matthew O’Regan and David Dunn.
