Rose Marie (Michalski) Boozel, 78, of Ellington, N.Y., died Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at the UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pa.
She was born Jan. 24, 1943, in Dunkirk, N.Y., to Helen (Jones) and Fritz Michalski.
She grew up in Dunkirk. Rose Marie loved to camp, loved her friends and enjoyed the Amish community.
She is survived by her children: Adam (Becky) Kuczynski, Anthony (Cathy) Kuczynski, Thomas (Melissa) Boozel, Gail (George) Steadman, Pamela (Mark) Smith, Helen (late Milton) Proper, Bruce (Cassandra) Boozel and Joseph Boozel; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Leslie and Robert Michalski.
Rose Marie is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Boozel;, twin children: Roberta Lee and Loretta Lynn Boozel; a sister, Alberta Krumbie; and three brothers: Thomas, Jim and Fredrick Michalski.
Visitation hours are Tuesday from 6-8 p.m., at the SPITZER Funeral Home, 8728 E. Main Street, Clymer, N.Y., where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Mina Cemetery.
