Edward M. “Duffy” Daughenbaugh Jr.

He was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Kane, Pa., a son of the late Edward M. Sr. and Elsie Shaw Daughenbaugh. He was a 1955 graduate of Fredonia Central High School. Ed served his country as a U.S. Marine from 1956-59.

He was employed by National Fuel as a pipeline foreman from 1958 until retirement in 1995.

Ed is a former member of the Fredonia Grange, played electric bass guitar with Jimmy D and The Easy Country Band. Ed also enjoyed hunting and boating.

Husband of 63 years to Donna Vogt Daughenbaugh, whom he married June 14, 1958; father of David of North Carolina, Randy of Falconer, Timmy of South Carolina, Ted Daughenbaugh of Sinclairville and Lydia (Jeff) Galati of North Carolina; grandfather of six; and great-grand father of 14.

Funeral service will be held at2 p.m. Saturday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville with visitation one hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. Military honors provided by Cassadaga Memorial American Legion.
