Douglas A. Hitchcock

Douglas A. Hitchcock, 58, of Falconer passed away unexpectedly Monday (May 31, 2021) in his home.

He was born Feb. 21, 1963, in Las Vegas, Nev., the son of the late Richard Hitchcock and Joanne Moore.

Doug was employed by Superior Wood Turnings and most recently of Jamestown Metal Products.

He enjoyed his family, his cats, hotrod cars, music and playing the drums.

Surviving is his wife, Sharon L. Casler Hitchcock, whom he married April 16, 1988, in Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter, Theresa (Brad) Knight of Poland, Ohio; three grandchildren: Megan Todd, Brandon (Ashley) Spiesman and Katelyn Knight; five great- grandchildren: Olivia, Ava, Nora, Evan and Max; a brother, Virgal Boyer of Michigan; and a sister, Roxanne Hitchcock of Oil City, Pa.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hitchcock and mother, Joanne Moore.

As per Doug’s wishes no funeral service or visitation will be observed.
