Donald C. Harkins Sr.

He was born Dec. 9, 1950, in Warren, Pa., a son to the late Charles L. and Evelyn (Caulder) Harkins. Donald was a loving father and grandfather who always had his door open to anyone that needed kind words or advice. He was always willing to help others, especially his family, they meant the world to him. He loved nature and animals and never missed a good time.

He is survived by his life partner of 47 years, Sandra Harkins of Pittsfield; his children: Donald Harkins Jr. and Douglas Harkins, both of Jamestown, N.Y., Jennifer Falconer of Punxsutawney, Pa., Jaqueline Harkins of South Dayton, N.Y., and Jason (Jodi) Harkins of Spring Creek, Pa.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by teo grandchildren: Camron and Adeline Harkins.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 25, at the Island Park pavilion on Ford Street in Youngsville, Pa from noon-5 p.m.
