Kathryn Dalrymple
Kathryn D. Dalrymple, 87, of Warren, Pa., and formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., died Tuesday afternoon, March 16, 2021, at Warren Manor Nursing Home, Warren, Pa., after an extended illness. She was born May 16, 1933, in Asheville, N.C.
Kathryn was the daughter of George and Pearl Varner Love. She was a Jamestown, N.Y., resident most of her life. Kathryn was employed with the former Marlin Rockwell Corporation as a secretary, retiring from there after many years employment. She had served as hostess at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club. She enjoyed gardening.
Kathryn is survived by her stepdaughter – Debra Grubbs and husband, Conrad, two grandsons – Michael Grubbs and wife, Melinda, Scott Grubbs and wife, Michelle all of Sheffield, Pa., five great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Joyce Nelson of Phoenix, Ariz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Dalrymple whom she married May 17, 1969, longtime companion, Howard Myers. A private graveside service will be conducted at Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, Pa., at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to place memorials may do so through Hospice.
