Ronald C. Langless

Ronald C. Langless, 84, of Ellington N.Y., died Nov. 17, 2020, at his home with his family by his side. Ron spent his final days surrounded by family and friends. At his request, no service will be held.

Ron was born Oct. 22, 1936, in Collins, N.Y., to Cordon and Ormadell Langless.

He attended Gowanda Central School. He then went onto drive tractor trailer over the road for many different companies throughout the next 50 years. He also devoted some time to dairy farming in his early years and was a partner in Langless Bros. Auction Service.

His interest included spending time with family and friends, his beautiful rose gardens that surrounded his home, country music and dancing and his dog, Bella. He was a member of The Ellington Rod and Gun and the Gowanda Legion.

Ron is survived by his children: Thomas Langless of North Java, N.Y., Daniel Langless of Connecticut, Rhonda Gierszewski of South Dayton, N.Y., Ronald Langless Jr. of Randolph, N.Y. and David Langless of Buffalo N.Y. He is also survived by grandchildren: Nichole Colquitt, Brendon Langless, Brynn (Daniel) Castellano, Joseph and Danielle Gierszewski, Madeline (Eddie) Barnes, Hunter, Zachary and Tanner Langless; great-grandchildren: Mikayla Colquitt, Alexis Langless, Ryan, Daniel, Kamden, and Karson Castellano, Bentley, Finn and Maverick Gierszewski, Jameson and Elouise Barnes; and his sister, Karen (David) Lackenmier of Cheektowaga N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert C. Langless in 1995; and a son-in-law, Mark Gierszewski in 2019.

Visitation will not be observed.
