AngElla B. Riolo

AngElla B. Riolo, 88, of Falconer passed away Fri-day (October 16, 2020) with her son by her side, at the Rehab Facility at LSS.

A lifelong area resident she was born April 1, 1932 in Falconer, the daughter of the late Charles and Lena Calabrese LoPresto.

AngElla was a graduate of Falconer High School. In earlier years she was em-ployed by J.B. Liquor and prior to retirement was em-ployed by H&H Metal.

She was a member of the Jamestown and Falconer Moose Clubs, John W. Tif-fany Post VFW. AngElla was an avid golfer, bowler and was acknowledged by the Post-Journal for bowl-ing a 278. In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball. She enjoyed play-ing cards, horse races, and going out with family and friends.

She is survived by her son James J. (Darlene) Riolo of Falconer; her granddaughter Janelle L. Riolo of Jamestown; a sis-ter Rose Marie Peterson of Falconer and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson James J. Riolo II on September 30, 2014; a sister Antoinette Paterniti and a brother Charles LoPresto.

Friends will be received by the family from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Fal-coner Funeral Home fol-lowed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Joseph Jananczek pastor of Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church will officiate.
