Leslie D. Kent
Leslie D. Kent, 64, recently of Tionesta, Pa., formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., died Sept. 14, 2020, at UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pa.
He was born Aug. 26, 1956, in Jamestown, the son of William Kent of Florida, and the late Janice (Dilts) Kent.
On May 29, 1976 at Lakewood United Methodist Church in Lakewood, NY, he married Patricia Ann “Patti” (Sorensen) Kent, who survives. Leslie retired from Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Raleigh, N,C,, where he worked as a project manager which specialized in information technology.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club in Lakewood, and the Carroll Rod and Club, Frewsburg, N.Y.
In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by his son, Brandon L. Kent and his significant other, Charlette Stiffler of Tionesta; two grandchildren: Tyler and Dakota, both at home; his brother, David Kent in Kentucky,; and several half-sisters.
There will be no public visitation. All services held will be private. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Lakewood, N.Y.
